Most questions we get land in one of these. Have a scan before emailing - you might get an answer faster.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Profile → Delete account. Tap to confirm. Your account and all data are permanently removed within 30 days. There's no email or form to fill out - the button does it.

Prefer email? Send a deletion request from the address you signed up with to support@replenishd.app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android), so cancellation happens through them - not us.

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Replenishd → Cancel subscription.
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Replenishd → Cancel.

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not by us. Both have refund request flows on their support pages, and they're usually generous if you cancel soon after a charge.

Email support@replenishd.app if you'd like us to advocate on your behalf - we can ask, but the final call is theirs.

How do I export my data?

Email support@replenishd.app from the address you signed up with and we'll send you a CSV of your inventory, grocery list, and consumption log within 14 days.

Self-serve export is on the roadmap.

I'm not getting the magic-link email.

Check spam first - Gmail in particular sometimes flags transactional emails. The sender is noreply@replenishd.app.

If it's still not there after 5 minutes, try requesting a new link. If that doesn't work either, email support@replenishd.app with the address you're trying and we'll investigate.

The app crashed or behaved strangely.

Sorry about that. Email support@replenishd.app with:

  • What you were trying to do when it happened
  • Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
  • A screenshot if you have one

If you can reproduce it, that helps a lot - but don't worry if you can't.

How do I share my pantry with my partner?

Household sharing is on the roadmap and not yet shipped. When it lands, you'll be able to invite a household member from inside the app and you'll both see the same pantry and shopping list in real time.
